Return to Rugby

I'm not saying I miss being knocked over by you guys or having to drink lots of beer, but its time to think about getting back together.

Things will inevitably change so I'll post the latest position at the top (with the date it was added). Like all things covid this is my interpretation - which could be wrong!.

On the right we can show the RFU's Official Return to Rugby Status. The original stages A to F have been amended to reflect Govt guidelines.

I have also attached below the Sussex RFU Competitions update FYI.

What it means for us (Updated 12/3/21):

- Although we could restart training from 29th March, the inability to open the club or use its facilities limits our options

- We can re-open the bar from 12th April, but we must hand it back to cricket on Sunday 18th April

- A tournament to include rugby, beer, BBQ on Saturday 17th April is being planned as we speak

- We can  take teams to other clubs who are able to remain open through April
